Great Lakes yacht owners recognize JBYS as a leader. The challenge was to tune up JBYS’ digital capabilities. We implemented the BoatWizard API to show available yachts instantly. JRA enhanced the experience with custom, easy-to-use “Print”, “Find” and “Compare” tools. All these capabilities were part of a website and CRM/Sales upgrade. With eight locations, the JBYS team had skilled sellers but needed to empower them.
